  • 5 oz salmon fillet (1 medium size fillet)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (optional)
  • Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper (freshly grounded)
Directions
